1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how data is handled when you use Her Ay+ (Heray Plus), a subscription and budget tracking app (“App”).
The App has no account registration or login. Your financial data stays on your device by default.
2. Data We Collect
2a. Data stored on your device (you enter it, we cannot see it)
Subscription names, amounts, renewal dates, income/expense records, savings goals, card details, payment history, and reminder preferences are stored on your device. We do not access this data through our servers.
2b. iCloud (CloudKit) sync (optional)
If you enable iCloud sync, data is stored in your iCloud space tied to your Apple ID. We cannot access it. This is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/
2c. Anonymous usage analytics (PostHog)
We use PostHog to collect anonymous usage events to improve the App. We do not collect IDFA, IP address, or location data. IP and GeoIP fields are stripped on-device before events are sent.
May be collected: app opens, screen navigation, onboarding/paywall steps, feature usage, language/currency preference, anonymous subscription category.
Not collected: subscription names, amounts, card details, name, email, or any financial content that directly identifies you.
Anonymous analytics may be processed on PostHog infrastructure in the United States. PostHog Privacy Policy: https://posthog.com/privacy
2d. Exchange rates
Multi-currency conversion fetches rate data only from exchangerate-api.com. Your subscription names, amounts, or personal financial records are not sent to this service.
2e. Calendar integration (optional)
If you add payment reminders to your calendar, events are written to your on-device calendar app. They are not sent to our servers.
2f. PDF export
PDF reports are generated on your device. Files remain under your control and are not uploaded to our servers.
3. Purchases (RevenueCat + Apple)
Premium subscriptions are processed through Apple (App Store). Purchase status is managed via RevenueCat using an anonymous identifier. We do not access your payment or card details.

4. Notifications
The App uses local notifications for upcoming payments. Notifications are scheduled on your device; no external push server is used.
5. Face ID / Touch ID
Biometric app lock is optional. Authentication runs inside Apple’s Secure Enclave. Biometric data never leaves your device and we cannot access it.
6. Third-Party Services
- Apple: App Store, StoreKit, iCloud (optional)
- PostHog: anonymous usage analytics
- RevenueCat: subscription status management
- exchangerate-api.com: exchange rate data
We do not sell your data, build ad profiles, or share your financial content with third parties.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
Because the App has no sign-up or account system, there is no server-side account to delete. You remain in full control:
- Settings > Restart Onboarding (from Scratch) deletes all local data (confirm with “Delete all and start over”).
- Uninstalling the App removes local data from your device.
- You can disable iCloud sync and delete App data from iCloud in your Apple account settings.

8. Children’s Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. GDPR / KVKK Rights
Under applicable data protection laws (including GDPR and KVKK), you have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict, object to processing, and request portability. Because financial data stays on your device, you can exercise most of these rights directly in the App.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be published on this page and the “Last updated” date will be revised.
