1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Her Ay+ (Heray Plus), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. License and Apple EULA
The App is licensed, not sold, for your personal, non-commercial use. This license is subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
The license is non-transferable and may not be copied.
3. No Account
The App has no sign-up or login system. Data you enter stays on your device (and optionally in your iCloud). We do not create user accounts on our servers.
4. Subscription Plans
The App may offer basic features for free. Premium features may include:
- Monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions
- Lifetime (one-time) purchase
- Free trial (when offered, subject to App Store terms)
Prices may change without prior notice.
5. Auto-Renewal and Payment
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID upon purchase confirmation.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- If a free trial is not canceled before it ends, billing may start when the trial ends.
6. Cancellation and Refunds (via Apple)
All payments are handled by Apple. As the developer, we cannot process refunds or cancel subscriptions on your behalf.
Cancel: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
Refund: https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ (subject to Apple’s policies)
Lifetime purchases are generally non-refundable.
7. User Content and Data
You are solely responsible for subscription, expense, income, and goal data you enter. We do not access or store this data on our servers.
8. Disclaimer
Her Ay+ is a subscription and budget tracking tool; it does not provide financial, legal, or professional advice. The App is provided “as is.”
We are not liable for data accuracy, device failure, data loss, or damages arising from use of the App.
9. Intellectual Property
The App, design, logo, and software components belong to the developer. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Updates will be published on this page. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Türkiye.
